Half Day - East side

Departure from the hotel towards Santana village, where you can enjoy the charms of the small colourful typical house from the village. After that we go trought the Faial viewpoint (Guindaste viewpoint), then we pass at the Rum Factory at Porto da Cruz, where is possible to visit the factory and do some tasting of the local Rum´s!!

This is One of the Rum Factory that is possible to visit around Madeira Island! To make 1 liter of Rum we need 12 kg of sugar canes.

On the way to the south east, we pass trought the Ponta de São Lourenço Viewpoint, one of the most beautifull viewpoints on Madeira Island, and after the and before getting back to the hotel we pass trought Cristo Rei, where we have a big sculture of "Cristo Redentor", similar to Rio de Janeiro, with great views trought the city.
